UCare Gawler is an agency of the Uniting Church, Gawler Parish and commenced operation in 1994. Since that time it has worked within the local community providing counselling and emergency assistance.

Services include:

• Coffee and Chat
  Drop in for people within the Gawler community each Monday morning.
  

• Emergency Financial Assistance
  Financial counselling and budgeting for people facing hardships.
  
  
• Counselling Services
  Supports all people in need of assistance with personal, family, marriage, financial and crisis counselling.
  
  
• Resource Centre
  Provides resources for loan including books, CD's, children's movies and other resources.
  
  
• Open Door Community Bookshop
  Open 9:00am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 1:00pm Sat, Gawler Arcade.
  
  
• Step UP Loans
  By appointment.
  
  
• Centrelink Case Management
  By appointment.
